An application for a scholarship in USA 2017-2017

i wish to request tor a scholarship in USA to go and continue my PHD there in the academic year 2017-2018.
21 year old, i am a cameroonian and I have a master II in english and commonwealth studies and a bachelor degree in bilingual letter ( english and french).
