Application for pre-registration at the Canada cam

Sir, I am Dubland Mboungou student at the end of year of professional licence of oil instrumentation at the Catholic University of Central Africa- Catholic Institute of Art and trade (Ucac-Icam) campus of Pointe-Noire (Congo) .
